Great for an abdominal workout-start. Cheap fallow, product photos and shapes are different, but function is no problem. The bottom support looks rather weak, but I can only hope that it will last well without breakage.
This thing works! It has reasonable assist, so those who have weak core muscles. I recommend it.

Works well as all these have really. The unit seems sturdy. It does help me realize that my kids are messy and my floor isn’t smooth and clean. But, it really does a number on my abs.
